Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, train, and oversee staff, drive service quality, and resolve customer issues while supporting sales and budget goals.

This hands-on role also includes visiting customers and supporting field operations to ensure world-class service and goodwill. Ideal candidates have a driver’s license, a relevant education background, and experience in industrial sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team.
• Hire, coach, and perform regular performance reviews.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals and manage budget.
