Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Manager to lead the commercial door service department.

You will plan schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of personnel management experience, strong communication with customers, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years minimum of experience managing personnel.
• Must communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to interpret customer survey data and respond to concerns.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude for applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly reports and develop action plans with front-line managers.
• Improve field team performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
