Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years as department/operations/project manager in service sector.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving.
• Experience leading meetings, hiring, training, and annual performance reviews.
• Hands-on, deadline-driven with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel for profitability and safety.
• Improve processes to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure scheduled jobs meet budgeted sales and gross profit.
• Coordinate budgets and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver profit dollars and ROI against annual budget.
• Set objectives and align with corporate goals.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct coaching and reviews.
• Lead meetings and ensure accountability.
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback and identify sales opportunities.
