The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, project management, and ensuring timely, on-budget work, with opportunities to hire and develop staff and improve field performance through reviews and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience managing personnel; able to communicate with customers to exceed satisfaction.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports with frontline managers to drive improvements.
• Improve field-force performance via regular reviews and coaching.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
