Job summary

Salem Leasing is seeking a Service Manager in the United States, GA area to lead shop operations and ensure efficient servicing of customer equipment. You will supervise mechanics, coordinate scheduling, and drive safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise activities of all personnel in the shop.
• Provide appropriate supervision and recruit/train personnel.
• Ensure duties are performed in a timely manner and maintain shop safety.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties; assist with complex tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean shop environment and comply with DOT and OSHA guidelines.
