Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill in Louisville, KY is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations across opening, mid-, and closing shifts. You will coach staff, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, hands-on FOH work, and familiarity with POS systems. A flexible schedule and valid work authorization in the United States are essential.

Qualifications

Specific qualifications include:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience

• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in front of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
