Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Service Manager to lead front of house operations and service excellence. You will work with a top management team to ensure smooth opening, mid, and closing shifts, while fostering a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant management, hands-on FOH experience, and a flexible schedule. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive medical plans after 30 days, life insurance, disability, and time-off

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in front of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a big advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
