Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a global supply chain with focus on service and logistics.
• 5+ years of experience identifying problem areas and creating solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 3+ years of experience using data analysis and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to S&L partners handling service supply chain inquiries.
• Develop deep knowledge of industry and geo-political impacts on Cisco supply chain.
• Support partners through deal and renewal readiness.
• Coordinate supply chain resources to resolve executive critical issues.
• Collaborate on creating scalable supply chain education materials.
