Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Service Supply Chain IT Analyst to partner with global Service Operations, Logistics, Depot Repair, and Engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable IT solutions for service workflows.

You will translate complex aftermarket and service supply chain requirements into functional architectures, processes, and system improvements that drive efficiency, visibility, and SLA attainment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SCM/IE or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst in Service Supply Chain.
• Experience with RMA, warranty entitlement, depot repair, and reverse logistics.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, and file-based interfaces.
• Proficient in SQL and relational data models.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional architectures and user journeys across the global Service Supply Chain footprint.
• Configure service supply chain applications, systems, and platforms supporting Order Management, Reverse Logistics (RMA), Depot Repair Execution, Spares Inventory, Logistics Orchestration, and Financial Settlements.
• Lead end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and production releases; conduct cross-system impact analyses and define regression test suites.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Depot Managers, Logistics Planners, Procurement, Finance, and IT engineering to deliver unified E2E capabilities.
• Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions for high platform availability and SLA compliance.
• Create and maintain FRDs/FDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, system interaction diagrams, and test scenarios; ensure IT controls and governance.
• Define data models, telemetry, and dashboards with Data & Analytics teams for critical Service Supply Chain metrics like RMA turnaround time and inventory velocity.
