Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Supply Chain IT Analyst to partner with global teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable IT solutions across Order Management, RMA, depot repair, and inventory functions.

You will lead end-to-end testing, configuration, and production releases while collaborating with engineering, IT, finance, and logistics to ensure SLA performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's in CS/IS/SCM/IE with 5+ years IT Business/Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of RMA, warranty entitlement, depot repair, parts replenishment, and reverse logistics.
• Experience authoring integration specs for REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and file-based interfaces.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational data models for data mapping and analytics.
• Experience in global service supply chain with 3PL/4PL partners and SDLC/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional architectures and user journeys across the global Service Supply Chain footprint.
• Configure service supply chain applications for Order Management, Reverse Logistics, Depot Repair, Spares Inventory, Logistics Orchestration, and Financial Settlements.
• Lead SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and production releases; conduct cross-system impact analyses.
