Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily administration of the Service Loaner Vehicle Program.
• Prepare, process, and maintain customer loaner agreements and related documentation.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, and rental information in dealership systems.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for loaner vehicles and agreements.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer systems for daily tasks.
• Communicate with customers regarding loaner procedures and returns.
• Assist customers through checkout and return process.
• Inspect vehicles before departure and after return, documenting mileage, fuel, and condition.
• Monitor loaner vehicle availability and fleet records.
• Collaborate with Rental Manager and service departments to keep the program running smoothly.
