Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in administrative, office, or rental client service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of the Service Loaner Vehicle Program.
• Prepare, process, and maintain loaner agreements and documentation.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, and rental data in systems.
• Maintain organized records for loaner vehicles and agreements.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word for daily admin tasks.
• Explain loaner procedures and vehicle return steps to customers.
• Assist customers through checkout and return of loaner vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles before departure and on return, noting mileage and condition.
• Monitor loaner availability and keep fleet records accurate.
• Coordinate with Rental Manager and Service Advisors to keep program running.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.
