Clark Auto Group is seeking an Service Loaner Appointment Coordinator to book and coordinate service loaners, serving as the face of our Service Department for customers. The role emphasizes enthusiastic, helpful service to make repairs go smoothly.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with expectations for professional conduct and teamwork in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication are required.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and multi-task efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong PC and Internet skills are necessary.
• Submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Book, cancel, confirm and amend service appointments by phone, in person or email.
• Coordinate loaners and communicate with service department for vehicle repairs.
• Manage loaner vehicle inventory and related reports.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties and provide vehicle status information to guests.
• Maintain organized workspace and professional appearance; support Service Advisors as needed.
