Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Loaner Administrator to manage loaner vehicles and related documentation. You will ensure fleet flow, complete paperwork, and obtain customer approvals, while locating loaner cars and assisting with drop-off/pick-up.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for accurate data entry and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining CSI, updating databases, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring vehicles are clean

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Ability to demonstrate basic operation and features of the loaner vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of loaner vehicles to customers.
• Manage the flow of our loaner fleet.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, explain loaner policies and procedures, and obtain all appropriate customer approvals.
• Locate loan cars for clients.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Enter loan car data, license, and insurance information into the computer and create contracts or loan car agreements.
• Prepare loan car reports and track turnover time on loan car vehicles daily.
• Update client database as needed.
• Contact vendors when short of cars to loan.
• Check-in returned cars, inspect for damage, and close agreements.
