Land Rover Orlando is hiring a friendly Rental Agent | Loaner Vehicle Coordinator for our Service Department. You will handle rental and loaner vehicles, assist guests with check-in/check-out, and explain policies and procedures to ensure a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.
• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.
• Inspect vehicles, document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage.
• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver the exceptional level of service our Land Rover guests expect.
