Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

You’ll train and support the crew, uphold food safety standards, and handle office tasks as needed. The role offers tuition assistance, free meals, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic fast-casual environment.

Formación

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
