Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork processes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, great-tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line safety, time, and temperature, and enforce safety checklists.
• Supervise crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leader development.
• Handle office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered.
