Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring for a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and an excellent customer experience. You’ll train and supervise a restaurant crew, manage line operations, and support daily tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Have familiarity with office paperwork
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Aufgaben

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food preparation
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipment functioning
• Supervise and train crew; monitor breaks and shift changes
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders
• Handle banking, cash policies, and office paperwork as needed
• Support with miscellaneous administrative duties and supplies management
