Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served and by keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused. You will help maintain a clean, efficient line and will be on your feet, clocked in, during shifts.

You’ll lead on food safety, staff development, and daily operations while supporting office duties and ensuring proper supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork.
• Ensure office Equipment and supplies are properly managed.
