Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the crew is well trained to provide excellent service. The role involves maintaining a clean line, coordinating breaks, shifts, and training, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.

The position emphasizes food safety, cashiering policies, and developing future service leaders while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures helpful.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety compliance including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future supervisors.
• Assist with office administration tasks and keep office equipment functional.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available as needed.
