Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise and train the crew, monitor line schedules, and assist with office duties to keep operations running smoothly.

You should bring a high school diploma, restaurant experience, knowledge of cash handling policies, and a solid understanding of food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, office paperwork).
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment works.
• Respond to customer incidents and resolve issues for a positive experience.
