Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules for crew.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office administration duties and manage supplies as needed.
