Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge and health department familiarity.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety tasks and glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
