Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, organized operation, and supporting teammates. You will monitor schedules, train crew, and assist with office tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and explain Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders.
• Handle office administration duties and maintain office equipment and supplies.
