Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and excellent service. You will train and supervise restaurant crew, monitor the line, and assist with shift planning, breaks, and daily tasks to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department rules.
• Experience with office paperwork and basic administration.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English in the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; assist as needed when not busy.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; supervise front-of-house staff.
• Develop and cross-train Crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration and ensure supplies and equipment are managed.
