Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience and safe, quality food. You will train the restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and assist with various office duties.

The role requires strong knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and restaurant procedures, along with the ability to lead and develop crew members. This is a hands-on position with on‑the‑job responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
