Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You will keep a clean, well-organized line and support crew training, scheduling, and incident resolution, while assisting with office tasks and basic banking policies.

We value Food With Integrity, strong cash handling knowledge, and familiarity with health departments. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and with future leadership development.
• Handle office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
