You will lead front‑of‑house teams, monitor schedules, and support ongoing training while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Provide training and support to the front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support scheduling.
• Assist with front office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and functioning.
