Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role maintains a clean, efficient line, trains staff, and supports operations across shifts.

The position requires knowledge of Food Safety, cash handling policies, and office paperwork, plus the ability to communicate effectively in the local language. High school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Competenze

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Mansioni

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
