Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by upholding food quality, safety, and service standards. The role involves keeping the line organized, training crew, and assisting with crew scheduling and office tasks.

We value hands-on leadership, familiarity with cash handling, and a commitment to Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred; plant operations knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipped; train and support restaurant crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with office duties as needed.
