Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized service line and ensure proper line equipment operation.
• Serve high-quality food and resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and shelf life monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration and ensure supplies are stocked.
