Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards and health department requirements.
• Ability to read/write/speak English in work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Train and support the restaurant crew; monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Support office duties such as banking, cash handling and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment works.
