Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while ensuring the crew is well trained and delivers excellent service. The role requires standing and actively supporting line operations, breaks, and shift coordination.

The position emphasizes food safety, staff development, and cross-training of front-of-house teams, with additional duties in office administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Make sure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are ordered.
