Qualifications

• Must have cash handling policies knowledge.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and clerical tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English (primary work language).
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, shifts, and trainings.
• Support with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and in working order.
