Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food preparation and service. You will supervise the restaurant crew, keep a clean line, and ensure equipment runs smoothly while supporting training and development across front-of-house staff.

The role involves on-your-feet work, shift coordination, and occasional office tasks like banking and paperwork.

Qualificações

• Must understand and implement Chipotle’s cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; supervise crew on shift.
• Oversee breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support front-of-house staff development.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and general paperwork.
