Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a restaurant crew, maintain a clean line setup, and train team members while evaluating tasks when busy.

The role emphasizes food safety, staff development, and collaboration with management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, daily safety checklist compliance.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office duties as needed.
