Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richardson, TX is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean line and run properly functioning equipment while on your feet and engaged on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters is required.
• Ability to speak, write, read the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, shelf life checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
