• Maintains a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeps restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Remains on their feet while clocked in, and assists with other tasks when not busy.
• Develops and cross-trains all front of house crew.
• Assists with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
