Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides great service. The role keeps a clean, organized line and ensures equipment functions properly while you stay on your feet during shifts.

You will develop and cross-train front-of-house staff, assist with crew performance reviews, and help with administrative duties such as banking, cash handling, and office

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• On your feet during shifts, assist others with tasks when not busy.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with office administration duties.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies and manage banking and cash handling policies.
