Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by serving safe, quality food and training the crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line and supervise line staff, shifts, and tasks.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and the ability to coordinate with front-of-house operations while supporting office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department rules.
• Familiarity with filing, forms, and office paperwork.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and stocked, train crew, and monitor line equipment.
• Manage crew breaks, shifts, and meetings; support performance reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
