Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge
• Office paperwork familiarity
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the work location language(s)
• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment
• Schedule and monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and contribute to crew performance reviews
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are in working order
