You will supervise the restaurant crew, keep the line organized, and help train and develop frontline staff, while handling common office tasks and maintaining proper supply levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support crew during peak times.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork; manage supplies.
