Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean with properly functioning equipment and assist when not busy.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve food quality issues and help ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop cross-training for front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and general paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning as needed.
