Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the restaurant line organized and train front-of-house crew, while supporting food safety and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Evaluate and complete tasks when not busy and assist others as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with succession of leaders.
