Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and all equipment functioning.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support the development of future Service Leaders and assist with office duties as needed.
