Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Troy, OH is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a well-trained crew, maintain a clean, efficient line, and assist with backbone office tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will help with crew development, shift coordination, and performance reviews, while upholding cash handling policies and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure equipment works properly.
• Train and develop crew; participate in performance reviews and shift scheduling.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Support with task coordination when busy and help others complete tasks.
