Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Canton Charter Township seeks a Service Leader to uphold safe, high-quality food preparation and deliver excellent customer service. You will keep a clean, efficient line, train front-of-house crew, and support daily operations while modeling Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities include supervising breaks and shifts, assisting with performance reviews, and handling office tasks and supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support daily operations.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and banking policies are followed.
