Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will manage a clean, efficient line, train staff, and support daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

Formación

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Comfort with office paperwork and basic documentation.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, reading and understanding the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent; restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety standards.
• Monitor line processes, time and temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Address customer incidents and foster positive customer experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules; lead training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
