Formación

• 3+ years in a service department with proven performance against metrics.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enforce service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Own department performance, budgets, and goals aligned with company objectives.
• Execute service marketing plans and coordinate events and field days.
• Oversee warranty and product program claims to maximize recovery.
• Schedule, assign, and manage workloads; review orders for accuracy and billing.
• Train and develop service personnel and ensure training/certifications.
