C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Service Manager for our John Deere Dealership in Sibley, IA. You will lead the service department, focus on customer satisfaction, and drive profitable service labor sales while controlling costs and developing technical staff.

The role emphasizes managing workloads, optimizing processes, and staying current on John Deere products to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a service department.
• Experience using Service ADVISOR™ or other computer based diagnostic repair tools.
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Experience with off road, construction, lawn, or other AG heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage service department operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize ROI.
• Grow profitable service labor sales and control expenses.
• Schedule, assign, and manage workloads based on technician capacity.
• Review work orders for accuracy, billing, and completeness.
• Train, develop, and evaluate service personnel; ensure training compliance and certifications.
• Maintain fleet, tools, equipment, inventory, and shop organization.
